AWS & Kubernetes Trainer - Hybrid working

About the role:

Your role will be to design, develop, and deliver professional learning courses and programmes, principally focused on AWS and Kubernetes.

About you:

• You will have a strong knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies
• Knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes
• You will be familiar with DevOps and SRE
• Have had exposure to modern programming languages
• You will have the ability to apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching
• You will also be able to manage and influence group dynamics in the learning environment by giving learners regular feedback and encouragement.
• Have confidence to manage disruptive behaviour and conflict managing negative feedback objectively, promoting a passion for learning and learners' intellectual curiosity
• You will have passion for teaching and have the ability to distil complex information into easy-to-digest anecdotes stories or lessons
• Have confidence in speaking and delivering training in front of a classroom online or in person
