"We have an exciting opportunity for a Real-Time Workflow Specialist managing our engineer's day and communicating with our customer to ensure we attend every visit when we say we will. You will work with our world class scheduling system to manage any customer visits at risk of not happening. Your geographical knowledge and real time experience will complement the tools that you have to ensure we achieve our customers promise." - Senior Manager

What you'll do:
  • Manage the engineer and customer day to ensure all activities are met with the right engineers and prioritised according to customer and business need
  • Your great verbal and written communication skills will be used to keep your engineers and customers up to date throughout the day
  • You'll be a great multitasker, proficient in speaking to people whilst managing live chats and navigating your systems
  • Be the voice of the customer, advocate on their behalf to deliver improvements, work with capacity to highlight challenges with preferential dates
  • Utilise our flexible multiskilled workforce across various job types where you need them most by using your strong decision-making skills
  • Review all reporting outputs to help you plan for the day and work with your stakeholders to prevent failures before they happen
  • Own your area's performance, provide trends and insight that tell the story of the day, week, month and demonstrate actions taken to deliver improvements to achieve more for our customers
  • Monitor and manage the schedule for compliance, seek to resolve any non-compliance issues through working with your field stakeholders highlighting trends
  • Ensure any off- diary time (e.g., absence, training, van breakdowns) are recorded, and workload re-distributed with minimal impact to customer visits
  • Provide data / insight and local knowledge to work with capacity / routing teams to improve system configuration reducing manual moves of visits

Leeds and Livingston

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 07:00-18:30 & Rotational 1 in 4 Sunday 07:00-18:30

Hybrid Working - Currently 1 day in the office (Leeds or Livingston) however this may change.
