We re searching for a Part Time (30 hours a week) General Office Assistant in London to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
In this role, you will be acountable for the administration, management and spirit of the London Office.
A role less ordinary.
Coordinating all aspects of daily office operations, including coordinating office space for staff, meeting rooms, tea & coffee making facilities, ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, post and couriers.
Representing the edyn brand with 3rd parties and external guests of edyn who attend the office for meetings with edynites from time to time
Liaising with the Office Cleaning and Maintenance providers to ensure that SLAs are achieved
Oversee and provide administrative function on the Condeco Desk Booking Software for the London office
Ensure the office is presented to a high design standard
Co-ordinate with our Corporate Traveller booking provider to resolve colleague queries and enhance the service provided
Working closely with edyn s Community Manager to curate a cultural programme of events and activities that are in keeping with edyn s ethos and focus. Pulling on existing contacts across the Locke and edyn estate where possible.
Who you are.
Previous Office Co-ordination/administration essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
An eye for design and a passion for events and building community spirit
Great customer service skills - working both internal and external customers
Knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
