Tour Managers

We are currently looking for talented and professional self-employed Tour Managers based in the UK, Europe, North America and worldwide to join our team for global tour contracts in 2022 and beyond. Our Tour Managers are responsible for the day to day running of our global tours and are the face of our brands in destination, ensuring our customers have the Holiday of a Lifetime.

The role of Tour Manager is a self-employed contracted position and requires you to be registered as such. Successful applicants will be introduced to our Tour Manager program. This will then give the successful applicant the opportunity to apply for / be offered allocated work - a tour or sequence of tours.

To be successful as a Tour Manager working with our customers you must:

Demonstrate strong leadership skills and have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for travel - sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.

Deliver outstanding customer service - you are a natural people connector, a friendly and approachable listener.

Be highly organized, pro-active and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Be a positive team player working collaboratively with our local operating partners, suppliers, guides, drivers and head office.

Be an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to deal with many diverse scenarios with differing customer expectations to ensure every customer has the holiday of a lifetime

Be a solution focussed problem solver - you will have the skills to manage many diverse situations and challenges in a calm, responsible and professional manner.

Have experience working in Europe or North America.
