This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, close-knit team in Henley-On-Thames to take sole responsibility of the Payroll. If you have previous Payroll exposure and have familiarity with HMRC compliance, this could be the role for you!

Description

Part Time Payroll Officer

  • Processing end to end payroll (circa 200 staff)
  • Manage the monthly payroll
  • Run year end routines for all payrolls, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Undertake ad hoc assignments
  • Monthly and annual tax and pension returns

Profile

The Successful Part Time Payroll Officer

  • Previous Payroll Experience
  • Familiar with HMRC Compliance
  • Carry good communication skills
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Be analytical and have a strong attention to detail
  • Strong Excel Skills

Job Offer

Part Time Payroll Officer

  • Part-Time Position, Permanent
  • 30 hours per week (4 days)
  • 23 Days of Annual Leave plus 8 Bank Holidays
  • Up to GBP25,500 per annum (pro-rated for part time)
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday (4:30pm Finish on Friday)
