The Cyber Operations team runs a series of processes to ensure user access is fit for purpose and aligned with LBG's policies; this tam manages the recertification of colleague access. This role is operational and involves a diverse range of applications and platforms spanning across a multitude of business environments.

You'll be a IAM engineer within the team delivering service excellence and continuous improvement to our business as usual access governance controls. As part of this team, you'll also have opportunity to help shape and participate in work streams to support our recertification automation strategy.

You'll enjoy a flexible working arrangement but equally may on occasion be expected to work some unsociable hours and weekends e.g. during peak workloads or to assist the team through periods of change.

Key Accountabilities

Your accountabilities will include working with the team leads for User Access Verification and supporting key programmes. You'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of key service within application/platform recertification processes and will be working with line managers, application owners and other key partners to ensure the seamless running of the recertification service.

Additionally you'll;

  • Assist with identifying and mitigating potential risks/issues to service quality and compliance.

  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established processes, service standards, practices and procedures.

  • Good understanding of the full recertification life cycle.

  • Excellent levels of literacy and numeracy are required for this role.

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, computer literacy and IT knowledge required.

What we'll need from you;

  • A demonstrable understanding of access recertification and joiners, mover's and leavers processes for applications and platforms

  • An understanding of identity access management principles, specifically access governance and recertification.

  • Foundational understanding of operational risk management principles.

  • Actively participates in delivering continuous improvement.

  • Customer focused and able to forge good working relationships.

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure an advantage.

  • Basic coding/scripting skills highly desirable.

  • Takes responsibility for assigned deliverables with a focus on deadlines.
