We are seeking a PR & Events Coordinator to join our Marketing team. This is an ideal role for an individual with some PR, Events or Communications experience.  

The PR coordinator will be responsible for assisting the PR & Events Manager with public relations and event support for the housing development portfolio and to ensure timely, effective, and efficient promotion of all residential developments through media relations, local and high-profile industry events and awards.

The role will be responsible for managing customer testimonials from liaising with the sales team, to coordinating with videographers/photographers and assist with editing of promotional films to uploading to social channels and website.

The PR coordinator will assist the PR & Events Manager with onsite event management and collating and writing reports on all events, evaluating their effectiveness against key objectives. Further support will be required for award submissions, presentations, events and PR collateral.

 

The role will also involve writing and sign-off approval for press releases and pr collateral. Assist with developing and implementing content for development news page, yammer, intranet and updating the customer testimonial landing page.

 

The PR coordinator will manage relationships with external consultants and agencies to support public relations and events activities.

PR administration tasks, including updating PR content planner, weekly PR updates, raising Purchase Orders, collating data for monthly reports and provide general administration support to the PR & Events Manager.

 

The responsibilities and duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade.

 

The PR coordinator will be required to travel to our developments across London, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Essex, Warwickshire and Reading when required.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·       Experience of writing engaging copy that meets the needs different audiences and stakeholders.

·       Experience in a fast-paced, target driven environment.

·       Demonstrable experience in marketing, events and PR.

·       At least basic experience using desktop publishing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) sufficient to modify and complete documents or images based on existing templates if required.

·       Experience of email marketing and database management systems

·       Knowledge of event marketing platforms (ie Eventbrite)

·       Knowledge of social media platforms and their associated analytics.

·       Good time management, and the ability to plan ahead.

·       Excellent written and verbal communications.

·       Self-motivated, proactive approach to working.
