At QA we are investing in growing our Agile training capability. It's an exciting time to be part of the Agile Team as we invest heavily in the development of our delivery capabilities including our platforms, products and our people.

Your key focus will be the delivery of our Agile courses, both standard and bespoke content. Ensuring that our learners leave us with a sense of achievement and an improved capability for working in Agile environment.

Skills and Requirements:

• Your technical skills need to include the ability to deliver IC Agile products such as ICAgile Product Owner, ICAgile Fundamentals etc SAFe
• The ability to deliver the following courses would be desirable -
• o APMG Agile PM
• o Lean Six Sigma (Yellow & Green Belt)
• o Leading SAFe
• o SAFe Product Owner
• o SAFe for teams
• o SAFe Scrum Master
• o BCS Agile Fundamentals
• o SCRUM
• o Design Thinking
• o Design Sprint

• Ideally you will have a track record of classroom, virtual training delivery
• Ability to apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment,
• Plan activities/sessions that stretch and challenge learners of all backgrounds and abilities
