We now have an exciting opportunity to join the Operations team as a Learner Engagement Advisor on a permanent, part time (14.8 hours per week) basis.

As a Learner Engagement Advisor you will ensure learners are signed up accurately with the associated documentation in a timely manner whether it be a group, online or face to face sign up. You will also ensure that ESFA, Awarding Organisation and company processes are adhered to and implemented at all times.

To do this you will need to be driven, organised and dedicated to managing a busy and demanding workload, as well as have a genuine passion for the world of education and putting the learner experience at the heart of everything you do.

Due to the nature of the business you will be required to have both a flexible and adaptable approach. This role provides the flexibility to work remotely and we will provide you with all of the equipment and support to help you do this. From time to time you will also be required to attend business in various locations across Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

Implement effective communication processes with employers and learners to ensure the required documentation is completed and submitted in line with company requirements
Providing information and key updates to apprentices and employers to ensure everyone is fully aware of their commitment to the programme before sign up is completed
Ensuring all paperwork is uploaded in a timely manner and informing the appropriate cluster manager of any delays or where learners are not engaging in the process
To be a link with apprentices and employers if they have any questions/queries that need to be managed during the sign up process.
Support Learning Coaches in group induction sessions where applicable
Generating a variety of data reports as requested by the management team, to support the completion of compliance processes and ensure data is correct on the systemQualifications, Skills and Experience

Extensive previous experience in a similar role, conducting the signup process for apprenticeship programmes or alternatively within a training or recruitment environment where similar duties are involved
IT proficient, and confident in the use of form capture
Record of delivering accurate and timely work in a busy environment.
Proven commitment to accuracy and quality
Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths or equivalent/willing to work towardsBenefits
