The Job:

As a Trolley Retrieval Operative, you will assist in the timely and effective completion of all reasonable requests made by your charge hand or site supervisor. This will include, collecting trolleys and returning them to customer pick-up points in a good clean condition. You will be required to assist customers in locating lost vehicles. You will also be required to respond positively to any reasonable request made by any member of staff, customer or site supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimise car park efficiency by ensuring trolleys are returned to customer pick up points in a timely manner.
On site cleaning duties, ensuring trolleys are always in a clean and presentable and free of any litter.
Responsible for ensuring you abide by safety standards and procedures of a trolley operative.
Complete trolley maintenance, on the job training will be provided.
Provide positive customer service including assistance, customer facing duties along with any complaints referring these to you direct line manager.Requirements:

Must live in the Edinburgh Area
Enthusiastic and able to motivate and develop self
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team
This role involves weekend work, applicants must be available for weekend shifts
