Job Description:

Assisting the Survey and Project PA

Large volume audio typing (high speed necessary)

Preparation of reports and documents for team

Archiving of documents and records

Updating survey whiteboard regularly

Liaising with estate agents and coordinating with surveyor s diaries to book in building surveys

Booking Meeting Rooms

Telephone answering and call screening

Organising staff holiday calendar

Distributing incoming and outgoing mail

Updating and inputting accounting information on workflow

Assisting with ISO system

Person Specification:

Previous experience working within an admin focused role

Good organisation and communication skills

Team player but also able to work alone

Good client relationships

Excellent telephone manner

Additional Information:

Based in Leatherhead

GBP12.00 - GBP13.00 per hour

3 full days a week (8:30 - 5pm OR 9am - 5.30pm)
