A new position has become available in Simply Conveyancing for a suitably experienced Accounts Administrator to join the finance department based in Daventry on a part time basis.

About the role

Supporting the accounts team, the administrator will play an important role dealing with finance administration on a part time basis.

A lot of this role entails the recording and issuing of vouchers to our agents on a daily basis, dealing with queries and and hoc tasks set up the Finance Manager.

About You

You'll need to be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel and any business administration experience will be valuable.

The position will require someone who is highly numerate, accurate, and has a keen eye for detail.

You should also possess strong communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, a pleasant personality and the self-motivation to want to make a value added contribution to the Finance team.

Hours

8.30 am to 12.00 pm or 9.00 pm to 12.30pm Monday to Friday
