The role

As a Marketing Assistant you will attend office marketing meetings and provide suggestions for local marketing and Business Development plans.  You will correspond with the groups wider Marketing Department and key stakeholders to assist in events, social media, website updates, marketing updates and advertisements. You will explore local PR opportunities and work with management to help build the businesses brand and profile. 

As part of your role, you will involve assisting with business events, e.g. reviewing the suitability of venues, arranging bookings, ordering catering, helping set up events, maintain attendee list, monitor responses.

The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of marketing in a professional services partnership or hold some previous experience in a similar role. You will be confident building relationships, strong written and verbal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
