The BusinessA start-up fashion accessory brand launched in 2016 specialising in a range of handbags made in Italy and personalised in the UK. The company distribute their handbags through ecommerce channels and 7 concessions in the UK.

The JobYou will join this exciting and growing fashion start-up as a CRM Manager responsible for managing the company customer data to create effective marketing outreach.

This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week working either remotely or from the office in Guildford.

Responsibilities: • Segment and optimise customer data on the CRM system to better organise and manage existing customers for marketing purposes • Create strategies for using targeted marketing outreach across different customer types• Input on creative design for marketing messaging • Design customer workflow through the website to optimise re-targeted opportunity • Explore upselling opportunities through automated 'suggested products and 'loyalty programmes • Increase engagement rates for email marketing campaigns

This is initially a part-time role working 20 hours per week with capacity increase. You can work either remotely or from the office in Guildford.

Candidate Requirements• 2-5 years experience working with CRM system • Experienced using data to segment customers and re-target with marketing campaigns • An interest in fashion brands and products is preferred • Experienced in testing and improving open and click through rates • Experience working for an eCommerce brand is preferred• Knowledge of Shopify is a bonus
