A very reputable company that offers professional retail installation solutions are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join to their small team.
The working hours are fully flexible but could be offering about 16-20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities and tasks
- Sales and purchase ledger
- Coding and entering invoices, payments and receipts onto system
- Credit control
- Entering of hours into the payroll system and calculation of payroll
- Managing payroll queries
- Time and attendance reporting
- Monthly P&L reporting
- Adhoc administrative support
Skills and experience required:
- A strong accounts background is essential
- Payroll administration experience
- Working knowledge of accounts systems, ideally Kashflow
- IT literate - strong Excel skills essential
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
- Ability to organise work load and be self-motivated
- Attention to detail
