Salary & Benefits:

London: £81,928-112,651 per annum

Outside London: £65,288-89,610 per annum

In addition to your basic salary, you could also receive annual personal bonus percentage, employer pension contribution (up to 15%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, and 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

We offer flexible working hours around the 9-5 and are a very family friend company.

About the role

The Business Agility Lead roles sit within the Method Team - an integral part of Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO). The teams owns and is responsible for the embedding of, and the continuous improvement of, Agile Ways of Working and a mindset of learning and improving to solve systemic problems.

This role will involve:

  • Coaching and educating leaders on the thinking and behavioural practices required of them by leveraging the use of Systems Thinking and Agile tools and techniques to further embed an agile mindset across Lloyds Banking Group.

  • Evidencing problems through data and experimentation to generate curiosity and an appetite for change, whilst creating an environment to improve ways of working, and ensuring continuous improvement.

  • Helping leaders and teams find more effective approaches to give customers what they need, when they need it, through the adoption of Group Transformation Principles and Practices. 

  • ​Working in multi-disciplinary and enabling role, partnering with Technology and Business Leaders to identify opportunities to create better value for customers in the shortest possible lead time, whilst transferring capabilities so that teams are ultimately able to do this for themselves. 

  • Being a pragmatic disruptor, challenging the status quo to safely evolve ways of thinking to better meet the increasingly dynamic demands of the Bank's customers and markets.

About you

The Business Agility Lead is a varied and multi-faceted role requiring a mix of skills and capabilities, including:

  • Seeing and visualising the bigger picture and a mindset of solving problems at root cause.

  • A growth mindset, a curiosity to learn and develop and an enthusiasm for creative disruption, challenging convention and encouraging experimentation and innovation.

  • Being highly collaborative, and able to build impactful relationships across different role types. Understands people, motivations and has an awareness of behavioural science .

  • Being analytical and commercially aware; and able to make decisions based on facts, leveraging data (quantitative) and insights (qualitative) over opinion.

  • Able to design and measure the impact of safe-to-fail experiments (from a customer, product or ways of working perspective) to navigate through complex problems.

  • Coaching, facilitating and empowering others to identify and implement changes to address opportunities for themselves, in their context.

  • Articulating and being effective at communicating complex themes and presenting thought provoking ideas.
