""As a Billing Analyst in the Debt Management team, you'll be a proactive problem solver that through a thorough understanding of the data and operational processes strives to identify changes, scope and shape initiatives, and produce high quality performance improvements across all areas of Sky's debt management portfolio." - DTH Collections Manager

What you'll do:

• Dive into the data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within existing Billing & Collection processes
• Drive through and deliver identified changes end to end
• Create effective Operational and MI reporting on collections performance
• Communicate and share findings and solutions with senior stakeholders
• Build and manage effective relationships with internal stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• Strong problem solving ability and proven analytical skills particularly in the area of data analysis
• The ability to logically map existing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Operate as a liaison between IT, external and internal users with both business and technical expertise.
• Pro-active self manage with a focus on quality of delivery within agreed timescales
• Expert knowledge of Excel
• Experience of Billing & Collections processes within a similar organisation, would be beneficial
