Genesis Capital Finance & Leasing Limited - New+Business+Administrator

This role forms a vital part of our service delivery to customers, vendor partners and background funders.

Customers

Ensuring that all relevant paperwork for every transaction has been completed fully and executed correctly by them; checking that delivery has taken place and they are satisfied with the equipment; processing the paperwork and activiating their facility(s).

Vendors

You will generate Invoice Instructions for Vendor Parters and coordinate their Invoice production, their delivery of the equipment being leased and most importantly their payment for the equipment.

Funders

You will be responsible for all paperwork presented to our Funders and will need to ensure that they are in possession of every item they need to activate the agreement, at the correct time.

In addition to this workflow responsibility you will also undertake the production of our own sales invoices, process our purchase invoices and undertake credit control duties (using Sage software) on both where necessary. General office management tasks and some administrative support to the directors may also be expected of you from time to time.

Being organised and thorough,with good attention to detail is important, but we also want people with the initiative to work through the inevitable challenges that can be faced when managing three different sets of stakeholders as this ability reinforces our reputation as solving problems for our clients.

You are a key part of the experience that those stakeholders receive from Genesis so the personality traits of a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a desire to help are just as important as the required skills of an excellent phone manner, good numeracy and excellent time management.
