Make quality service a simple matter
As a Resource Planner at Barclays, you'll be able to be involved in a variety of projects and develop a massive range of skills. As a key part member of the Resource Planning team, you'll be responsible for analysing customer service levels within a given site. It's a great opportunity to join a well-established and knowledgeable team, while enjoying outstanding career progression opportunities and working with high-level stakeholders from across the business.
What you'll give our customers as a Resource Planner
Simply put, you'll maximise call centre performance by optimising schedule activity. That's going to involve making sure that staff and schedule plans are maintained accurately and accepted by the business and seeing to it that local requirements are applied. What's more, we'll look to you to be a role model for your team, while embracing change and constructively challenging accepted norms.
What you'll get in return
Help our customers get the best that Barclays has to offer, and you'll get the same in return. We're not just talking about valuable benefits like great bonus potential, private healthcare, childcare savings, and a huge range of employee discounts. You'll also enjoy a unique company spirit that believes in giving people the freedom to do a great job today, and the support to reach their biggest ambitions in the future.
What you'll need as a Resource Planner
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a degree-level education (or equivalent) and a background in contact centre operations. A detailed knowledge of resource planning administration is a must, as are outstanding organisational skills and the ability to motivate people and make decisions under pressure.
We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
