As a Resource Planner at Barclays, you'll be able to be involved in a variety of projects and develop a massive range of skills. As a key part member of the Resource Planning team, you'll be responsible for analysing customer service levels within a given site. What you'll give our customers as a Resource Planner
Simply put, you'll maximise call centre performance by optimising schedule activity. That's going to involve making sure that staff and schedule plans are maintained accurately and accepted by the business and seeing to it that local requirements are applied. What's more, we'll look to you to be a role model for your team, while embracing change and constructively challenging accepted norms.

What you'll need as a Resource Planner
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need a degree-level education (or equivalent) and a background in contact centre operations. A detailed knowledge of resource planning administration is a must, as are outstanding organisational skills and the ability to motivate people and make decisions under pressure.
