We are an independent magazine publishing company looking for a Sales Consultant to help us develop our range of customers and find new areas for our business. We are expanding into digital applications and require someone to help us develop and expand at this exciting time for our company. We are offering a flexible role for the right person who can manage their own diary as well as our growing customer base and achieve fantastic results.
We are looking for a professional person who will enjoy the challenge this role offers, and appreciate the flexibility of the hours on offer which we think would benefit someone with a career history of sales success, now wanting a flexible role, who wishes to experience a high level of job satisfaction.
You should have a natural entrepreneurial flair, with great presentation, analytical and sales expertise in order to take advantage of the potential we feel this opportunity affords. You should be an excellent networker, able to achieve results while working independently and you will have a demonstrable track record of regularly beating targets and delivering creative solutions thinking on your feet, as well as researching and developing new business.
The role requires a self-motivated person who is target driven, can work to deadlines and is able to source, canvass and convert new clients by outbound calling and in person. Experience of using a CRM database to organise and maintain customer relationships would also be of benefit.
In order to qualify for the role, candidates need to have solid sales experience (outbound calls and client facing) and media sales experience would be a definite advantage.
Candidates need to be target driven and be able to build close working relationships with new and existing advertisers.
