Incentivated is one of the UK’s leading mobile marketing agencies, specialising in m-Commerce. We are ten years old and expecting to grow significantly in the next two years. We work with clients like M&S, Tesco, British Gas and Monsoon. In total, 75 clients and 25 staff, so it’s a very busy environment.

We are Shoreditch based, in an open plan office, 5 minutes from Liverpool Street station. To date we’ve managed without any administrative support. However, due to the pressure of a rapidly growing business, we need to build a proper administrative backbone to the company.

We are looking to recruit someone who will act as both PA to the senior team and as Office Manager.

PA to the senior team (though primarily the CEO):

Co-ordinating and managing diaries.

Arranging internal meetings and managing status reports from senior managers.

Travel arrangements.

Comfortable with MS Office (Outlook, Word, some Excel & Powerpoint).

Organising and managing conferences & events.

Managing and updating clients contact lists.

Office Manager (reporting to Ops Director)

Dealing with suppliers (facilities management, stationary etc).

Ensuring that the office environment is a wonderful place to work.

Organising internal parties and events.

Helping on personnel issues (managing records etc).

Improving the standard of coffee (though people, of course, make their own).

The successful candidate will be:

Experienced in managing a busy office.

Highly organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail.

Organised self starter.

Ensuring best practice procedures.

Willingness to get involved and suggest changes/improvements.

Fun and outgoing.
