Providing HR and recruitment services to high growth entrepreneurial organisations this company has created an innovative niche in this exciting business sector. They are now looking for a home-based business development manager to lead the sales and lead generation process and capability within the business.
The minimum requirements for this role would be significant and proven sales/lead generation experience. Ideally you will have worked with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, ACT) and have experience of buying and managing data.
The successful candidate would need to be confident, highly organised – and a mix of independent and collaborative in style. They would be a self-starter who works independently but regularly reports progress to the team.
