Marketing Person Wanted: 1-2 days a week or 20 hours per week.

We currently outsource our Marketing requirements, now looking to have someone in-house, starting part time and maybe with the option of becoming full time, as the business grows.

Responsibilities would include:

• Update and changing of our Website
• E-shot
• Run an E-shot campaign
• Create adverts
• Marketing,  leaflet and poster deign etc.
• Social Media - Linked IN, FaceBook and other Social Networking
• Branding
• Creating product literature
• Blogs
• E - Marketing
• Direct Mail

Our office are based in Weybridge where there is parking, we are also within a 15 min walk from Weybridge train station.

We are excited to be recruiting for a commercially minded FD for a Surrey based Technology Company.

The role is broad – in addition to the regular aspects:

• reviewing month end accounts,
• providing and presenting regular analysis to the board,
• monitoring cashflow,
• liaising with auditors
• managing an outsourced team of accountants,

This individual will be responsible for driving the financial well-being of the company.  This will include assessing the financial viability of new business ventures, helping to develop a long term financial strategy and increasingly acting as a liaison point with the City and other investors, to help the company transition from being R&D focused company to a commercial venture.

The successful candidate will be:

• a qualified accountant (probably ACA but possibly an exceptional ACCA) with a number of years experience of working in a commercial environment. It is likely that he / she will have had previous experience as an FD.
• Ideally have had experience of dealing with investors and City analysts.
• entrepreneurial in outlook and appreciate that this is a small, non-hierarchical environment where a hands-on approach will be essential.
• have great attention to detail, a high level of technical capability, good man management skills, confidence and be highly credible when facing board / /investors / analysts. Tact and diplomacy are also vital, as is a real desire to want to be part of a growing business.
• have a knowledge/experience of Company Secretarial matters and Corporate Governance issues (ideally relating to public companies).

Our client would want this individual to work exclusively for them in order that they can be as flexible as possible.

Salary: £80,000 FTE plus benefits
3 days per week (this could be spread over 4 or 5 days)
