The Role

What makes a Sales Consultant a T-Mobile Sales Consultant ? A personality for starters – no one likes dealing with a robot.

In T-Mobile Retail we believe that providing excellent customer service and product knowledge is the best way to achieve sales targets and ascertain the individual needs of the customer, and then selling the T-Mobile product that meets their specific requirements. We are looking for people who will embrace a challenge, enjoy working in a team and have a natural drive to sell and achieve targets.

As an T-Mobile Sales Consultant you will not only be selling mobiles phones, (even though our phones and tariffs are really great), you will have the opportunity to earn extra commission and increase business revenue by up selling products and ensuring the customer leaves the store satisfied with their purchase. Working Pattern:You must be available to work a minimum 3 days per week including Saturdays.

Must Haves

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • great listening skills, with the ability to understand and relate to the customers needs
  • the ability to exceed the customers expectations
  • a character people instantly warm to, whether they want a new phone or not
  • enjoy challenges and working towards targets

Nice to Haves

It would be great if you could also display:

  • experience in a retail or customer service role
  • some experience of getting the best out of people you work with

The Department

Walk into a T-Mobile Store and you’ll be surrounded by top-of-the-range phones and accessories. They’ll all be presented in an easy-to-understand way, with different areas where customers can play with new innovations, for example, or relax while their paperwork’s sorted out.

And you’ll be at the heart of it all. On hand to explain tariffs, give detailed demonstrations or simply give out some great advice. It’s about as enjoyable as retail gets – and it shows. Join us, and we’ll help you make an awful lot of sales.
