The UK Billing/Payments Department at Enterprise Rent-A-Car has opportunities for evening shift employees. The role will be to audit, review, amend and process invoices and payments for/from large UK customers and support our receipting team in processing cheque and BACs payments to our sales ledger. With a strong focus on customer service, the role also requires commitment to complete tasks set accurately and in accordance with the schedules requirements.

 

Based at Enterprise Rent-A-Car Head Office, Delta Way, Egham, TW20 8RX

 

Part-time, evenings: Monday-Thursday, 17:30-21:00

 

Additional overtime may be offered at peak times

Responsibilities:
  • Use Microsoft XL, Access and other company computer software to perform/review business activities across all job tasks.
  • Take responsibility for own performance, actions and completing work within timeframes set whilst being accurate.
  • Keep timesheets, good attendance and punctuality records.
  • Prepare and data input payments received to clear AR balances.
  • Review, audit, amend and prepare invoices for submission in various formats.
  • Call end-user customers as and when follow-up calls are required.
Qualifications:
  • Intermediate standard of Microsoft Excel
  • Previous office experience is advantageous
  • Data input experience preferable
  • Confident and polite telephone handling skills
