E –Commerce Manager

We are one of the fastest growing wholesale yoga, Pilates & loungewear companies in Europe.
We are currently looking for a talented and dedicated E-commerce Manager to join our team based in trendy area of Notting Hill, London.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the E-Commerce strategy with an emphasis on increasing turnover via online store
  • Uploading and updating products on the website
  • Responsible for content management across all platforms and in-house development of html email campaigns
  •  Affiliate Marketing knowledge would be of advantage
  • Digital Marketing strategy and execution to ensure effective communication of brand messages, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Execution of social media strategy - Ensure continuous growth of brand awareness and online brand followers. Ensuring all campaigns are aligned with overriding brand messages
  • SEO - Project management overseeing strategy & in-house implementation and delivery. To provide SEO solutions with an aim of increasing organic traffic and sales
  • SEM - Managing in house strategy on numerous PPC campaigns across multiple regions and markets
  • Making recommendations to improve online results
  • Analyse sell-through and inventory to identify potential issues or opportunities
  • Contribute to forcasting seasonal online demand for all categories
  • Online/Email Marketing - Project management, overseeing strategy & ensuring effective implementation and delivery
  • Measuring of site performance metrics via Google Analytics
  • Monthly reporting and hosting of monthly meetings to ensure development of strategies and actions
  • Responsibility for product photography

The Candidate:

  •  A proven track record of developing and managing websites to drive online sales and revenue
  • Entrepreneurial approach and strong commercial awareness
  • Experience in developing and working with different e-commerce
  • Expertise in the use of e-commerce and web-based applications
  •  A strong understanding and experience of managing and growing CRM databases to drive effective campaigns and sales
  • Strong understanding and practical experience of running online marketing campaigns
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Experience of managing digital agencies
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great work ethic and capability of working individually and within a small company
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Bilingual in German and English. Knowledge of additional European language would be advantageous
  • General interest in Yoga and/ or Pilates
  • Eligible to work in the UK
