Raising awareness and money in schools

Each year our national team of NSPCC Schools’ Fundraising Organisers contact around 16,000 head teachers, organise sponsored fundraising events in schools and inform and inspire just under half a million children, raising awareness and over £2.3million

Could you be one of them?

Using your initiative and working to set targets, you’ll contact head teachers and use your influencing skills to get permission to organise fundraising talks and events. Then, taking centre stage, you’ll present informative and motivational assemblies for children between 3-13 years and organise fundraising events using our own specially designed materials.

It’s a rewarding and varied role but also a demanding one. You will need excellent presentation and organisational skills and plenty of self-motivation. Articulate and numerate, you must also be confident and enthusiastic, with your own car and willing to travel.

Through your work, you’ll deliver the NSPCC’s important messages to thousands of children and in turn, help raise much-needed funds for abused and vulnerable children.
