Childcare Recruitment Consultant - Berkshire

With organised, core hours and the motivation to succeed Tigerlily Childcare can offer you all of the above. You need to have childcare in place and dedicate 30 hours per week to the role. This could be 5 days per week during the school day or 3 full days per week with the addition of evening catch ups.
Our consultants are guaranteed 50% of their revenue invoiced per month; which for an experienced recruiter can mean a very achievable OTE of £24,000 plus.
You need to have the dedication to work from a home office, with a high level of organisation and interpersonal skills and the confidence to actively network.
In return you will receive full training and ongoing support from Head Office:

• Full access to candidates through various job boards
• All the IT support you would expect from a large organisation
• All necessary paperwork/templates/company literature
