Retail Advisers Part-time Perfect your people skills. Get brilliant at banter. Join Vodafone and we’ll help you become a guru of customer service. How? Firstly, we’ll let you help customers your own way. No scripts. No sales patter. Here, you’ll use your natural charm and personality to guide people through the latest products, services and tariffs, and help them choose something that’s exactly right. And then, we’ll make you even better at it. Training You’ll start with a thorough induction, which’ll include a couple of weeks in a ‘training store’, along with a four-day residential course. After that, everything you learn counts towards an NVQ Level 2. (And you won’t even have to study outside work.) Who we’re looking for Anyone can work here. You don’t need to have experience in a customer services or sales environment (though it’ll certainly help). All you need is a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn new things and that uncanny ability to build a rapport with anyone you meet.
