We are seeking a driven and astute individual to manage the Business Take On (BTO) process for Managed Services that will involve the provision of specific technical, commercial & project management control and assistance to new customer implementations and/or transitions for build development, application packaging and patch release. The successful individual will also manage communication from Managemed Services to/from the business and/or customers in terms of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Business Take On

• Work with internal service delivery management and functional/virtual teams to ensure services are successfully implemented using quality, time and budget

• Hold regular internal / external checkpoint meetings relating to service take on and implementation

• Manage delivery of Business Take On Services within agreed SLA period

• Employ project management methodology techniques and to appropriately use product-based planning, risk management, monitoring and control

• Advise resources on specific critical knowledge of the account during Business Take On

Commercial Involvement

• Production of formal written documentation such as quotes and service proposals

• Profit and Loss monitoring of IC service implementation

• Assist in the maintenance of the Cost Model

Service Development

• Contribute to process improvement across the business.

• Develop and maintain procedures relating to Business Take On

Skills Required:

• Project Management and/or Service Delivery skills and experience

• A good appreciation of build development, application packaging or patch management

• Experience of implementing services / solutions for customers

• Strong project management understanding

• Ability to work to deadlines

• Good oral and written communication skills - reports, proposals

• Building/maintaining relationships at all levels with customers and internal staff

• Highly articulate in the verbal and formal explanation of service offerings

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
