Customer Negotiator
£13,500 (OTE of £18,500 - £21,276)
Full Time, with some Part Time available

Flexible 8.00am to 8.00pm shifts plus alternative Saturdays 9am-12pm with time back in lieu
About the role
You will be in a telephone based environment, but you will not be constrained by scripts or standard calls. You will be in a quick thinking environment where you will talk with customers who are behind with their mortgage, loan or current account overdraft repayments and plan along with them, how they will pay money back to Nationwide. Initiative and people skills are the key to getting to the bottom of the problem and helping our customers get back on track and resolve their problems. We will ensure that you get all of the training you need to be successful in this role.
About you
You will be a great communicator and have lots of empathy and ready to receive inbound or make outbound calls. You will of course need resilience at times and want to strive to make a difference as well as hit your departments targets as well as your own.
