Position Description

You're someone who's led others in a busy, demanding environment. We're the world's most successful pizza restaurant chain. If ever there was a great partnership in the making, this is surely it.

We're looking for someone to help run one of our famous Full Service Restaurants, the place where our customers come to dine and have a great time. You'll be there to assist our General Manager with every aspect of running this busy operation - from training and recruitment right through to budgeting and marketing.

We won't pretend it's easy. One minute, you could be out on the floor, making sure the customers are happy; the next, sorting out a complex order for a party of thirty. The pace is extremely fast here, so you'll need to work hard to keep your team members motivated and hitting their targets.

Required Experience

Dynamic and driven, you'll have proven your supervisory credentials already. You'll combine a passion for great customer service with a real flair for organisation. Now, you'll be ready to bring those talents to a place where you could be running your own restaurant in as little as 12 months.
