Due to our rapid growth we are seeking highly motivated and polished individuals who want to be part of something NEW and Revolutionary as featured in the Daily Telegraph, Channel 4 and the Daily Express that offers Vendors a fixed fee of £999 (inclusive of VAT) to sell their home.
We have seen our National Agent Network (NAN) grow to over 130 with a planned increase to over 300 by December 08. As a WOW Agent you would be working on a self-employed basis.
A joining fee of just £99 provides you with a two day intensive training course, and all equipment to support you in the "field".
When I saw the WOW Property advert on the Working Mums website, I knew I was the ideal candidate, as a housewife for the past eight years with two young daughters, I was looking for a new career where my children still came first and I would still be there for them. After searching through a number of websites I came upon workingmums.co.uk and saw the WOW advert. I knew I wanted it immediately as a very self motivated person I knew I would enjoy working from home, still being around for my two girls and being given the opportunity to develop a career with all the backing from the Head Office. This role has come at a great time as I wanted to start working in preparation for my youngest starting school in September, where I will be able to focus on just me for a change!
Since joining WOW I have been given thorough training, and the chance to meet with all the team at Head Office. I have been given leaflets, business cards, and brochures to enable me to do a professional sales pitch when meeting clients. So far I have generated 9 instructions since the beginning of April and 1 instruction from Head office. Some of them were even from recommendations and that is a great boost to someone who hasn’t worked for 8 years, and these factors help me to motivate myself and gives me great job satisfaction.
WOW is also giving away a trip to New York as an agent incentive and so far I believe I am in the lead. Just knowing this is wonderful news, as I’m not a highly competitive person but I want to be able to prove to myself that I can succeed, and as it is my 10th wedding anniversary in June, it would be fantastic to win.
Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals that possess the drive to act pro-actively in selling and marketing the WOW services, from leaflet distribution to existing sellers, through to selling the concept by word of mouth and over the telephone. In addition to working on one’s own initiative, valuation appointments will be provided to you in your area from pre qualified leads.
You will be visiting the Vendor in their home, advising on the Wow services and securing the property instruction, agreeing the property price, taking and writing details, measurements, photographs, and as requested manage the viewing appointments. The hours are totally flexible, and fit around your family commitments.
Earnings
The potential is unlimited and the average earnings are approximately £15,000 per annum upwards. You will be paid on property sales, viewings, and securing instructions. Our target is to ensure our agents are successful in their respective territories and in return you will potentially receive a consistently high income.
Skills requirements
You will have a strong flair for selling and possess a natural love of the property market. A confident and outgoing personality , you are a natural ‘peoples person’, finding it easy to build rapport and thereby generate instructions. We will provide you with ongoing training, equipment, advice, and support based on our own experiences and that of other Agents. In addition to your own self generated leads we will provide you with head office leads. Home Internet access, mobile phone and own transport is essential.
