Well-being and Work/Life Balance

We know that protecting and promoting the health and well-being of our people is important. Santander is a member of the ‘Business Action on Health’ campaign, working with experienced practitioners from a range of industries to develop a strategy, which takes an integrated approach to employee well-being. We provide gyms at three main office sites and have an internal well-being website so that everyone can access a range of health information.

Learning and Development
