Work-Life balance

Accenture knows all our employees place a high value on balancing their work and personal lives. And our flexible approach encourages everyone to design an appropriate work/life balance arrangement. We have several programmes designed to help our people meet both their professional and personal goals. As our people progress throughout their careers with us, many find their needs change. Accenture always aims to help accommodate these changes through programmes such as back-up childcare, seminars on financial management, weekend fly-backs, flexible work arrangements and part-time schedules.

Clubs and societies

Clubs and societies are a great way to meet like-minded people within the organisation – and a fantastic way to make new friends, explore and develop your interests, and network with others at Accenture. We have a huge array of groups with which you can get involved.
