We have our own specialist training academy based in Wednesbury and whether you are working full time or part time across any area of the business, we are committed to providing you with full training to set you up for success.

Retail

We know how important it is to get a great night’s sleep and helping our customers choose the right bed for them is a crucial part of our Sales Consultants roles. We believe in a sales environment such as ours, to achieve your sales targets, it is important to relate to our customers on an emotional level and exceed their expectations by listening to their needs and in turn, delivering the complete bedroom solution.

As a Part-time Sales Consultant you can choose to work either 16 or 20 hours depending on what suits your circumstances best. We want to give all of our teams the opportunity to earn as much as possible and this means being there to deliver your expert knowledge to our customers at the busiest times. We have listened to feedback from our retail teams and know that in order to achieve this, our Part Time Sales Consultants need to be available to work a minimum of 4 hours each Saturday and Sunday.

Head Office, Distribution and Manufacturing

We are always looking for great people to join our Head Office team across all departments including: Buying, Merchandising, Web, Marketing and HR. We look for people with a can-do attitude who will make a difference to the customer experience

In Distribution, we have opportunities for delivery drivers and delivery assistants who can ensure a great customer experience continues.
