Workingmums.co.uk 2013 Top Employer Awards

Categories

Workingmums.co.uk will hold the fourth Top Employer Awards to publicly recognise and celebrate those organisations that show a commitment to promoting work life balance, flexible working and diversity.

We were looking for organisations who understood the benefits, and saw the positive business results, of responding to the needs of their employees around these issues. Research shows, for instance, that around 80% of employees will at some time in their working lives become parents.

The awards are free to enter. The aim is to celebrate and reward good practice and share it with others. A representative of each shorlisted firm will be invited to the Awards presentation and networking event in November. Additional tickets can be purchased, but space is limited. Please contact us for more details.

There are eight awards which were open to employers, one of which was also open to employees.
