Workingmums.co.uk is holding its second Top Employer Awards to publicly recognise and celebrate those organisations that show a commitment to promoting work life balance, flexible working and diversity.
We are looking for organisations who understand the benefits, and see the positive business results, of responding to the needs of their employees around these issues.
Research shows, for instance, that around 80% of employees will at some time in their working lives become parents. Moreover, women now form the majority of graduates emerging from universities. Many have years of experience in their jobs before they start families.
There are eight awards which are open to employers, one of which is also open to employees.
