Shortlisted companies will be invited to the Awards ceremony on 5th October 2011. Delegates will be given the opportunity to put questions directly to the Minister for Women and Equalities and other members of the discussion panel including Andy Lake, Editor, Flexibility.co.uk; Jennifer Liston-Smith, People in Progress; David Dunar from BT, Caroline Gatrell from Lancaster University Management School; and Gillian Nissim, Founder, Workingmums.co.uk at an interactive question and answer session following the awards ceremony held at in London on 5th October 2011.
