TV programme seeks modern families

The Garden Productions, makers of 24 Hours in A+E, The Midwives, Claridge’s and Police Custody, are making a brand new documentary series for BBC1 about modern families and need your help.

The documentary is exploring how Britain spends and saves today. Each week the programme will take two families who have different attitudes on how and what they choose to spend their money on, and get them to swap spending habits for a week to see how the other lives. The production team says the series “celebrates all the hard-working families out there”.

They are looking for people who are passionate about how they choose to save or spend their money and happy to share their insider tips  – whether that be how to squirrel away for a rainy day, hunt for the best deals to make their pound stretch further, or splash out without breaking the bank.

They are particularly interested in hearing from families who are managing to spread their pounds that little bit further to provide for their families in these hard economic times. If you think you might be interested in hearing a bit more, or getting involved, please don’t hesitate to get in touch on the details below.
