Gingerbread has launched two new online services to help single parents who need advice about their childcare arrangements get the information they need quickly, easily and all at the touch of a mouse or smartphone button.
The national charity for single parent families has launched a three-step online tool, which helps single parents find a childcare provider near them or work through the financial side of things – such as how to access help with childcare costs, or how their income may be affected if childcare costs change.
In addition it has launched an instant email advice pack containing the most up-to-date information about childcare, sent straight to parents’ inbox to read and refer back to whenever they need it.
Both these services are completely free and available from the Gingerbread website or through the Gingerbread mobile site if using a smartphone.
