Fancy breaking a world record?
A children's dance franchise is joining in an attempt to break the world record for the longest dance and the world's greatest silent disco.
Diddi dance are partners of the FREE TO DANCE world record attempt in London on 11th through to the 16th October 2011 at London’s amphitheatre, beside the Thames, City Hall and Tower Bridge. The event is to raise money for Learn Burma, a registered charity dedicated to opening young peoples eyes to Burma.
The world’s greatest silent disco consists of 10,000 people dancing to over 30 different styles of music/dance for a total of 131 hours.
Diddi Dance has two slots over the event on the 12th and 15th October and is inviting people to come and take part. The franchise did four hour-long shows at the recent Camp Bestival at Lulworth Castle which were attended by 700 children. It was such a success that they have been invited back next year. Their next big event is the Brighton Baby Expo in November.
