When Suzy Miller launched her Starting Over Show some of the press reports suggested she was celebrating and encouraging divorce. The Church of England, no less, was approached for a comment. In fact, the shows do nothing of the kind. Their purpose, says Miller, is to provide support and advice for people who are facing major life transitions, be that divorce, redundancy or bereavement, so that they can move on with their lives.
