Money concerns put men off paternity leave plans
Only 18% of men would be in favour of plans for them to share paternity leave with their partner, according to a YouGov study for Orange.
The main reasons for men's reluctant to share paternity leave was money. Some 27% said they would not take any time off when the new law comes into effect next year. However, over three quarters would use flexible working as an alternative to paternity leave.
