Gemma Bailey

Gemma Bailey is the Head of Howells’ Employment Department. Gemma advises individuals and companies on the full range of employment issues.  She has a particular interest in complex disputes and is regularly instructed to support in tribunal litigation. Gemma has recently been ranked in the Legal 500 as Next Generation Partner and is described as possessing “extensive knowledge and understanding of the law..” and “…deploys herculean efforts to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients time after time without fail”.
