Michelle Morgan
Michelle is a Senior Associate at Shoosmiths having previously worked at Gardner Leader in the Commercial team.
Michelle has over 15 years’ experience as an employment lawyer, acting for a wide range of corporate and individual clients, across a number of sectors including education, transport and food. Michelle has considerable experience of a broad range of employment matters, including, drafting contracts of employment, staff handbooks, director’s service agreements, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, as well as more contentious employment issues such as negotiating settlement agreements, aiding disputed redundancy exercises and advising on TUPE transactions.
Michelle is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and CIPD and also trains Human Resources professionals and managers on employment law issues and speaks regularly at seminars. In 2015 and 2016, she was named as a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 buyers guide, which recommends the best and most experienced firms and individuals in the legal profession.
