After being self employed/sole trader for the last two years my business went bust and I recently accepted a job. I had a short trial period. I received no contract from the company, only an offer letter. I was only at the job for two days and had to leave due to personal reasons. I had given my employer my P45. Do I have to list this in my CV or mention it to my next employer?
You do not any need to add it to your CV if you don’t want to.
It was only two days so I wouldn’t bother putting it on there. A CV is a personal document so you can technically (within reason) add what you want to and miss out anything you don’t think is relevant.
It is such a short period of time; the two days wouldn’t go noticed as a gap in roles.
