eDivert is proud to introduce the first couple to buy an eDivert franchise. Laura and Claudiu are running the eDivert Kettering branch. Situated between Northampton, Rugby, Corby and Bedford, they offer telephone answering services, live chat answering and customer service support for small and medium sized businesses in a large part of Northamptonshire.

Between them, Claudiu and Laura bring a wealth of experience in customer services and business support.

With over 20 years of combined experience in administrative, outbound and inbound call handling and call centre roles, both Laura and Claudiu have developed a high level of understanding of customers’ expectations. They always go the extra mile for each client.

Their diverse customer service background gives them a wide range of expertise, including:

Biggest challenges

We are inexperienced in administrating a small business but this will be our learning subject in the near future. After trying to start a business from scratch on our own, we considered it’s time to step into a network that could provide us with both the support and knowledge to succeed on the market.

Claudiu and Laura signed with eDivert in December 2019, set up their business and completed the training by the end of January 2020.
