The Avanti Group (UK) Franchise Limited are a Family Owned Business which was Started in 1999 and we are members in practice with Association Accounting Technicians (AAT). We were approved membership with British Franchise Association.
BFA operates to accredit and promote ethical franchising. We must pass a strict accreditation process which looks at all aspects of the franchise operation to make sure it is proven, protected, ethical, sustainable and free of ambiguity and misleading statements.
We currently have a team of 12 including, Qualified and trainee accountants, administration, bookkeeping & Payroll.
One of the areas that makes Avanti unique is the fact we were originally a Franchise so have experience of both sides of the fence.
We were award winners as a franchise practice as “Best Performing Franchise”. So can provide a truly unique franchise opportunity with support and understanding.
The initial investment to establish an Avanti Tax Accountants Franchise is £25,000 and an Avanti Bookkeeping Franchise is £15,000.
Once you have met the relevant criteria, we have extensive Cash-flow Forecast Spreadsheets available, to provide a Franchise Owner with three years of expected costs and income, based on actual figures from our working practice.
As would be expected for an accountancy franchise we have our numbers in order!

These fees entitle you to use our distinctive highly recognised branding and logos, use of our bespoke systems, marketing assistance, ongoing business support and development and our unique Intranet system provides every process and a copy of every document you will ever need housed

I have always wanted to have my own business and I have previously tried a few ventures which have not matured to the success I wanted. Whilst still in employment my partner and I had spare cash from a property investment which fell through, so I decided (with permission from Mrs – of course!) I would take a risk of putting it in a business, but to mitigate my business risks I decided franchising rather than going it alone.
After much research my choices were between Avanti Group and another Franchise Accountancy firm. I decided to go for Avanti in the end because of various reasons including the pro-activeness of the Avanti Team, the collaborative approach, the discussions about the opportunities, the initially capital outlay was right for my budget and I wanted to be the first franchisee.
Avanti Group has been nothing but supportive throughout the whole setup process till launching and having a business coach was beneficial.
Since launching, it has been a rollercoaster ride as expected with any business whether through a franchise or starting from scratch by myself, however, the support (not just business related) from Avanti was comforting and provided me with a safety net not to fail. I have never looked back thinking I made the wrong decision to take an Accountancy franchise and every day in the franchise fills me with a passion to succeed.
Avanti have good documents, templates, software and database capabilities that I could not imagine how long it would take me to create these if I were to have started the business from scratch.
In the future, I hope to be able to expand our franchise territories with Avanti Group and run a couple of offices as I believe I can readily leverage off the back the Avanti Group’s systems and processes.
