Learn more about how franchising works, and if it is right for you:
Find out why franchising might be a good idea if you want to work flexibly, for yourself:
A Pink Spaghetti franchise is a flexible and rewarding business opportunity. It’s a chance to start and grow a business that belongs to you. It has the potential to fulfil your career aspirations, however ambitious they may be, and adapt to a busy lifestyle. You can use your existing skills and experience and still be able to spend quality time with your family. It’s time to stop feeling torn between work and family life. Our business in a box franchise has incredible advantages.
Our franchisees come from a wide range of professional, senior corporate and middle management backgrounds. They include qualified consultants, IT, marketing, and legal professionals, public sector employees, as well as PAs and Virtual Assistants who wanted to set up and run a bigger business.
• You have the drive to own and run your own small business.
• You want the freedom to control your own career.
• You’re a people person, approachable, and a good listener.
• You’re skilled at building relationships.
• You’re efficient and thrive on the challenge of a busy workload.
• You’re eager to reap the benefits of the Pink Spaghetti network but also willing to add value to it in return.
The qualities you have in abundance are:
• A positive outlook
• A willingness to push yourself beyond your comfort zone
• A hard worker with tenacity and a determination to succeed
• A ‘consider it done’ attitude
• Care and empathy
Don’t worry if you have not had previous experience as a virtual assistant, Pink Spaghetti PAs are far more than this, and full training is provided.
We offer unlimited support, and the expertise of the Central Support Team plus the wider network of Pink Spaghetti franchisees across the country.
You will get 5 days initial training at our head office in Cheshire: 3 days initially then 2 days follow up training about a month later, after you have had some experience with clients and networking. But this is just the start.
We supply monthly marketing material, training videos, help with business planning, an annual conference, ongoing training and unlimited support. You will also have access to our nationwide network of supportive franchisees through a private Facebook group, plus access to the Pink Spaghetti ‘hub’ – our dedicated intranet which contains our 300 page training manual plus a wealth of further information and materials, and is constantly updated by our head office team to keep you up to date with changes.
For the last 4 years we have achieved the WorkBuzz 5* satisfaction award, each time with overall scores of over 90%. In the same survey, the satisfaction score for our initial training has never dropped below 100%.
Our initial franchise fee starts from just £3,995+VAT for a five year term. At the end of the 5 years it can be renewed by mutual agreement for no additional fee.
Current franchisees turn over between around £1,500 and £11,000 a month, depending on the number of hours worked and the size of their team.
Earning potential will vary depending on the amount of time you have to devote to your business. Our franchise offer is fully flexible and scalable, so as your family grows older you can increase your working hours if you choose, and we will actively encourage you to take on staff when the time is right to further grow your business.
I came across Pink Spaghetti PA Services online and found myself contacting them about a Franchise without even a second thought. I loved the brand, I loved the quality feel to the organisation and I loved the approach to satisfying the customer.
I will admit, I did deliberate whether a franchise was for me. Not sure now why I needed to think twice, it has been incredible and provided me with much-needed support.
I’d never been a PA/VA but had loads of relevant experience in Marketing, Account Management and Project Management, all of which have been invaluable.
With the help of Pink Spaghetti Head Office I was able to get back to my ‘old self’ within just a few months of starting my business. I now have relationships with a wide network of small businesses, I am able to confidently deliver social media training, manage people’s social media accounts, help with marketing plans and do a huge variety of administrative and organisational tasks.
Now, I help businesses by giving them an extra pair of hands when they need it. They get help with the things they don’t know how to do, don’t want to do or don’t have time to do – so that they can focus on what they do best.
I can truly say that as well as improving my own life this year, I’ve had a huge impact on the lives of the people I’ve helped get organised and given that 25th hour in the day.
